1. Introduction
Welcome to CareHire.
CareHire is a healthcare-focused employment and recruitment platform designed to connect candidates, healthcare professionals, students, employers, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, laboratories, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, medical-device companies, healthcare technology companies, educational institutions, recruitment agencies, consultants, and other participants in the healthcare ecosystem.
CareHire is owned and operated by Caresoft Systems Private Limited, having its registered office at 311, Mahesh Industrial Estate, Silver Park, Mira Road East.
These User Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CareHire regarding your access to and use of the website
- The CareHire website
- The CareHire mobile application
- Employer and candidate dashboards
- Job-search and job-posting services
- Recruitment and candidate-search services
- Communication, interview, assessment, and profile-management features
- Subscription and premium services
- Any other service provided under the CareHire name
- “CareHire”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to CareHire and its operating entity.
- “Platform” refers collectively to the CareHire website, application, software, dashboards, communication systems, and services.
- “Candidate” means a job seeker, healthcare professional, student, intern, trainee, consultant, freelancer, or any individual seeking employment or professional opportunities.
- “Employer” means a hospital, clinic, company, institution, organisation, recruiter, recruitment agency, consultant, staffing partner, or other person posting jobs or searching for candidates.
- “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person or organisation accessing or using the Platform.
- “Content” includes profiles, resumes, job listings, documents, photographs, messages, reviews, assessments, videos, text, logos, and other information uploaded to the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You may use CareHire only if:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law;
- The information provided by you is accurate and lawful;
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
An individual registering on behalf of an organisation confirms that they are authorised to:
- Create and manage the organisation’s account
- Accept these Terms on behalf of the organisation
- Post vacancies
- Access candidate information
- Purchase CareHire services
- Communicate with candidates.
3. Nature of the Platform
CareHire operates primarily as a technology intermediary facilitating interaction between job seekers and healthcare entities. Unless explicitly stated under a separate signed service contract:
- CareHire is not the employer of any candidate;
- CareHire is not a party to any employment contract;
- CareHire does not control the recruitment decision of an employer;
- CareHire does not determine salary, working hours, duties, benefits, employment conditions, or termination terms;
- CareHire does not guarantee that a candidate will receive an interview or job offer
- CareHire does not guarantee that an employer will find a suitable candidate;
- CareHire does not act as an agent of a candidate or employer;
- CareHire is not responsible for the conduct of candidates, employers, recruiters, or other users.
CareHire may separately offer recruitment consulting, screening, verification, advertising, assessment, employer-branding, or managed recruitment services. Any such service may be governed by an additional proposal, order form, service agreement, or commercial arrangement.
4. Account Registration
Certain Platform features require registration.
When creating an account, you agree to
- Provide complete and accurate information;
- Maintain and update your information;
- Use your own identity or an organisation you are authorised to represent;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login credentials;
- Prevent unauthorised access to your account;
- Immediately notify CareHire of suspected account misuse;
- Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account.
- Create an account using another person’s identity;
- Create fake or misleading candidate or employer profiles;
- Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;
- Share your account with unauthorised persons;
- Sell, transfer, rent, or commercially distribute your account;
- Allow third parties to use candidate-search access without authorisation.
5. Candidate Accounts and Profiles
Candidates may create profiles containing information such as:
- Name and contact details;
- Resume or curriculum vitae;
- Photograph;
- Education and qualifications;
- Employment history;
- Skills and experience;
- Professional registration;
- Preferred job roles and locations;
- Salary expectations;
- Availability and notice period;
- Certifications, licences, and references;
- Work samples and portfolio links.
- All profile and application information will be truthful and current.
- Qualifications, employment history, licences, registrations, and experience will not be falsified.
- Uploaded documents will be genuine and lawfully obtained.
- Patient-identifiable information, confidential clinical records, or protected employer information will not be uploaded.
- Any referee or third-party information will be provided only with appropriate authority.
- CareHire may format, organise, extract, or present profile information to improve search and matching.
- Applying for a vacancy authorises CareHire to share the relevant profile, resume, documents, and application information with that employer or recruiter.
- Making a profile searchable authorises eligible employers and recruiters to view the information permitted by the candidate’s account settings.
6. Employer and Recruiter Accounts
Employers and recruiters agree to:
- Provide genuine organisation and contact information;
- Use official contact details wherever reasonably possible;
- Post only legitimate and currently available opportunities;
- Identify the actual employer or authorised recruiting entity;
- Provide accurate job descriptions, locations, eligibility requirements, compensation details, and employment conditions;
- Access candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes;
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of candidate information;
- Comply with employment, labour, equal-opportunity, anti-discrimination, data-protection, and other applicable laws;
- Obtain necessary internal approvals before posting vacancies;
- Maintain appropriate authority to recruit for any organisation represented;
- Promptly close or update filled, cancelled, or modified vacancies;
- Respond responsibly to candidate applications and communications.
Recruitment agencies and consultants must clearly identify whether they are:
- Recruiting for themselves;
- Recruiting on behalf of a disclosed employer;
- Recruiting on behalf of a confidential client;
- Providing staffing, placement, consultancy, or outsourcing services.
CareHire may request a letter of authority, business registration, GST information, official identification, client authorisation, or other verification documents.
7. Job-Posting Rules
Every job posting must be lawful, genuine, relevant, and sufficiently clear.
A job posting must not:
- Contain false, misleading, incomplete, or deceptive information;
- Misrepresent the employer, workplace, job title, salary, or responsibilities;
- Advertise a vacancy that does not exist;
- Promote unlawful employment or business activity;
- Require candidates to pay an undisclosed recruitment, security, training, registration, equipment, visa, or processing fee;
- Request banking passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card details, or similar credentials;
- Request unnecessary sensitive personal information;
- Unlawfully discriminate based on gender, religion, caste, race, ethnicity, disability, age, marital status, or other protected status;
- Involve exploitation, forced labour, harassment, or unsafe working conditions;
- Promote pyramid schemes, fraudulent commission schemes, or misleading work-from-home opportunities;
- Contain obscene, hateful, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful material;
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Request patient-identifiable data or confidential hospital information;
- Contain unrelated advertisements, links, or promotional content;
- Redirect users to suspicious websites or unofficial payment channels.
CareHire may review, reject, modify the display of, suspend, or remove any job posting that violates these Terms or creates a risk to users or the Platform.
Approval or publication of a job posting does not constitute CareHire’s endorsement or guarantee of the employer or opportunity.
8. Healthcare-Specific Requirements
Because CareHire serves the healthcare ecosystem, users must exercise additional care regarding professional credentials, patient confidentiality, clinical responsibilities, and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must not claim to be a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, technician, therapist, healthcare professional, or other regulated professional unless they possess the applicable qualification and valid registration required for that role.
Employers are responsible for independently verifying:
- Educational qualifications;
- Employment history;
- Professional registrations;
- Medical, nursing, pharmacy, paramedical, or other council registrations;
- Identity and address;
- Background-verification results;
- References;
- Fitness for the role;
- Legal eligibility to work;
- Any mandatory licence, certification, or accreditation.
A CareHire verification mark, screening result, assessment score, or document review does not replace the employer’s independent verification obligations.
Users must not upload or share:
- Patient names or contact details;
- Medical records;
- Diagnostic reports;
- Prescriptions;
- Patient photographs or videos;
- Confidential hospital databases;
- Identifiable clinical case information;
- Any information protected by professional confidentiality.
9. Applications, Interviews, and Recruitment Decisions
CareHire may enable candidates to:
- Search for jobs;
- Save vacancies;
- Submit applications;
- Share resumes;
- Complete screening questions;
- Participate in assessments;
- Schedule interviews;
- Communicate with employers;
- Track application status.
CareHire may enable employers to:
- Search candidate profiles;
- View applications;
- Shortlist or reject candidates;
- Schedule interviews;
- Send messages;
- Record recruitment status;
- Download authorised candidate information;
- Use screening and matching tools.
All recruitment and employment decisions are made independently by the employer.
CareHire is not responsible for:
- An employer failing to respond;
- A candidate failing to attend an interview;
- Withdrawal or cancellation of a vacancy;
- Rejection of an application;
- Withdrawal of an offer;
- Salary or employment negotiations;
- Background-verification outcomes;
- Workplace conduct;
- Termination of employment;
- Breach of an employment contract;
- Any representation made outside the Platform.
Users should maintain their own records of important offers, contracts, communications, and interview details.
10. Candidate Information and Permitted Employer Use
Employers and recruiters may use candidate information only for:
- Evaluating candidates for genuine vacancies;
- Contacting candidates about relevant professional opportunities;
- Scheduling interviews;
- Conducting lawful background verification;
- Managing an active recruitment process;
- Maintaining recruitment records as permitted by law.
Candidate information must not be:
- Sold or commercially redistributed;
- Used for unrelated marketing;
- Published publicly without permission;
- Shared with unauthorised third parties;
- Used to create an independent candidate database for resale;
- Used for identity theft, fraud, harassment, or discrimination;
- Retained longer than reasonably necessary;
- Used for jobs materially different from the opportunity communicated to the candidate without appropriate disclosure.
An employer or recruiter receiving personal information through CareHire may become independently responsible for its subsequent collection, use, security, retention, and deletion.
11. Verification Services
CareHire may conduct or facilitate verification of:
- Mobile numbers and email addresses;
- Employer identity;
- Business registration;
- Professional credentials;
- Educational qualifications;
- Employment history;
- Professional council registration;
- Documents and certificates;
- References;
- Other information relevant to recruitment.
Verification may be conducted by CareHire or an authorised third-party provider.
A verification result indicates only that certain checks were performed using available information. It is not:
- A guarantee of identity;
- A guarantee of professional competence;
- A guarantee of document authenticity;
- A legal certification;
- A guarantee of future conduct;
- A replacement for an employer’s due diligence.
Users authorising verification agree that relevant information may be shared with verification providers, institutions, employers, former employers, professional bodies, or other lawful sources.
12. Automated Matching and Artificial Intelligence
CareHire may use automated tools, algorithms, and artificial-intelligence-assisted systems to:
- Extract structured information from resumes;
- Recommend jobs to candidates;
- Recommend candidates to employers;
- Rank search results;
- Identify relevant qualifications and skills;
- Detect duplicate or suspicious accounts;
- Moderate content;
- Assist with communication or screening;
- Analyse Platform usage.
Automated results may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate recommendations.
Employers must not rely exclusively on automated recommendations when making decisions that require professional judgment, legal compliance, or human assessment.
CareHire does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fairness, or suitability of automated recommendations.
13. Communication Through CareHire
CareHire may provide email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, notification, chatbot, messaging, and interview-communication services.
By registering, you agree to receive necessary communications relating to:
- Account verification;
- Job applications;
- Interview invitations;
- Employer or candidate messages;
- Security alerts;
- Payment and subscription information;
- Changes to services or policies;
- Customer support.
Subject to your communication preferences, CareHire may also send:
- Job alerts;
- Candidate recommendations;
- Recruitment campaigns;
- Training opportunities;
- Events and webinars;
- Employer-branding content;
- Promotional communication.
You may opt out of promotional messages but may continue receiving essential transactional, security, and account-related communications.
Users must not use CareHire communication systems for spam, harassment, unrelated advertising, unlawful solicitation, or bulk messaging.
14. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments
Certain CareHire services may be free, paid, subscription-based, usage-based, or offered under a customised commercial agreement.
Paid services may include:
- Job-posting packages;
- Candidate database access;
- Featured or sponsored job listings;
- Resume-search credits;
- Employer-branding services;
- Recruitment campaigns;
- Managed recruitment services;
- Candidate assessments;
- Verification services;
- Premium candidate services;
- Subscription plans;
- Advertising and promotional services.
Prices, validity, usage limits, taxes, and service conditions will be displayed on the Platform, quotation, invoice, order form, or service agreement.
Users agree to:
- Pay applicable fees and taxes;
- Provide accurate billing information;
- Use authorised payment methods;
- Comply with plan limits;
- Not share paid database access;
- Not attempt to avoid usage restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees must be paid in advance.
- GST and other applicable taxes will be charged separately or included as indicated.
- Services begin after payment confirmation or account activation.
- Unused credits or subscription benefits expire at the end of their validity.
- Plans are non-transferable.
- Promotional offers may have additional conditions.
- CareHire may revise prices for future purchases or renewals.
A separate quotation, order form, invoice, or service agreement may contain additional commercial terms. In case of conflict, the separately signed commercial document will govern the relevant paid service.
15. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Unless a specific plan states otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable after:
- A subscription is activated;
- Candidate access is enabled;
- A job is published;
- Search credits are allocated;
- An advertisement or campaign begins;
- A verification or recruitment service is initiated.
A refund may be considered where:
- A duplicate payment was made;
- Payment was deducted but the service was not activated;
- CareHire cancelled the purchased service without providing a reasonable alternative;
- A refund is required under applicable law.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant transaction to [email protected].
Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method after deducting applicable taxes, payment-gateway charges, or the value of services already delivered, where legally permissible.
Removing or suspending a job posting because it violates these Terms does not entitle the user to a refund.
16. User Content
Users retain ownership of the original content they upload to CareHire.
By submitting Content, you grant CareHire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, communicate, process, and distribute that Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate the Platform;
- Display profiles and job postings;
- Process applications;
- Facilitate recruitment;
- Provide search and matching;
- Promote published vacancies;
- Maintain security;
- Improve the service;
- Comply with law.
You confirm that:
- You own the Content or have authority to use it;
- The Content is accurate and lawful;
- The Content does not violate another person’s rights;
- CareHire’s permitted use will not infringe any third-party rights.
CareHire may remove Content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, irrelevant, outdated, infringing, or inconsistent with these Terms.
17. CareHire Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, including its:
- Name and logo;
- Software;
- User interface;
- Databases;
- Design;
- Graphics;
- Search technology;
- Matching systems;
- Reports;
- Documentation;
- Text and templates;
- Compilation and arrangement of information.
These are owned by or licensed to CareHire and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
CareHire grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended recruitment-related purpose.
Users must not:
- Copy or reproduce the Platform;
- Reverse-engineer software;
- Extract or scrape candidate or employer information;
- Operate automated bots without written permission;
- Republish CareHire databases;
- Use CareHire branding without authorisation;
- Build a competing database using Platform information;
- Circumvent technical restrictions;
- Resell Platform access;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
18. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use CareHire to:
- Commit fraud or impersonation;
- Post fake jobs or fake profiles;
- Harvest candidate information;
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- Demand unlawful or deceptive payments;
- Distribute malware or harmful code;
- Attempt unauthorised access;
- Interfere with Platform security;
- Scrape, crawl, or copy data without permission;
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against another user;
- Publish defamatory, obscene, hateful, or illegal content;
- Violate confidentiality or privacy;
- Misuse patient data or clinical information;
- Manipulate search rankings or Platform features;
- Use another user’s login credentials;
- Evade suspension or account limits;
- Conduct unauthorised advertising;
- Violate intellectual-property rights;
- Use candidate information outside legitimate recruitment;
- Engage in any activity that may harm CareHire, its users, or its reputation.
19. Monitoring, Moderation, and Takedown
CareHire may, but is not obligated to, review user accounts, profiles, messages, job postings, documents, or other Content for:
- Security;
- Fraud prevention;
- Policy enforcement;
- User complaints;
- Legal compliance;
- Service quality.
CareHire may remove, restrict, disable, preserve, or disclose Content where reasonably necessary to:
- Enforce these Terms;
- Investigate suspected misuse;
- Respond to a lawful request;
- Protect users;
- Prevent fraud;
- Address intellectual-property complaints;
- Comply with applicable law.
20. Account Suspension and Termination
CareHire may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where:
- Information is false or misleading;
- Verification fails;
- A user violates these Terms;
- Fraud or impersonation is suspected;
- Candidate information is misused;
- Payment obligations remain unpaid;
- Platform security is threatened;
- Complaints indicate serious misconduct;
- Continued access creates legal, reputational, or user-safety risks;
- CareHire is legally required to act.
Where reasonably appropriate, CareHire may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation. Immediate suspension may occur in cases involving fraud, security threats, unlawful content, patient-data misuse, or risk to other users.
Users may stop using the Platform or request account deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Termination does not eliminate obligations relating to unpaid fees, confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnity, disputes, or liability.
21. Third-Party Services and Links
CareHire may contain links to:
- Employer websites;
- Hospital career pages;
- Payment gateways;
- Assessment providers;
- Video-interview platforms;
- Background-verification providers;
- Social networks;
- Training platforms;
- Other third-party services.
CareHire does not control these third parties and is not responsible for:
- Their availability;
- Their content;
- Their privacy practices;
- Their security;
- Their fees;
- Their representations;
- Transactions conducted outside CareHire.
Users access third-party services at their own discretion and should review the applicable policies and terms.
22. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of personal information through CareHire is governed by the CareHire Privacy Policy.
Users agree to process personal data received through CareHire lawfully, securely, fairly, and only for the disclosed recruitment-related purpose.
Employers and recruiters must implement reasonable measures to protect candidate information against:
- Unauthorised access;
- Loss;
- Disclosure;
- Misuse;
- Alteration;
- Unlawful retention.
Users must promptly notify CareHire if candidate or employer information obtained through the Platform is compromised or misused.
23. Platform Availability
CareHire aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be:
- Available;
- Error-free;
- Uninterrupted;
- Secure from every threat;
- Compatible with every device;
- Free from delays or technical failures.
CareHire may temporarily restrict access for:
- Maintenance;
- Updates;
- Security;
- Capacity management;
- System failures;
- Legal compliance;
- Events beyond reasonable control.
CareHire may modify, discontinue, add, or remove Platform features at its discretion, subject to applicable contractual obligations for paid services.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareHire is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
CareHire does not warrant or guarantee:
- Employment or recruitment outcomes;
- Candidate suitability;
- Employer credibility;
- Accuracy of user-submitted information;
- Authenticity of every uploaded document;
- Validity of every vacancy;
- Salary, benefits, or workplace conditions;
- Professional capability or conduct;
- Completion of any transaction;
- Accuracy of automated recommendations;
- Continuous Platform availability;
- Absence of fraud by third parties.
CareHire verification, moderation, or screening does not constitute an endorsement.
Users are responsible for exercising independent judgment and completing appropriate due diligence before entering into any employment, consultancy, recruitment, payment, or business arrangement.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareHire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, including loss of:
- Employment opportunity;
- Candidate opportunity;
- Revenue;
- Profit;
- Reputation;
- Business;
- Data;
- Goodwill;
- Anticipated savings.
CareHire will not be responsible for losses arising from:
- User-provided information;
- Fake profiles or fraudulent job postings;
- Conduct of candidates, employers, or recruiters;
- Communications outside the Platform;
- Employment decisions;
- Unauthorised account access caused by user negligence;
- Third-party services;
- Events beyond CareHire’s reasonable control.
Where CareHire’s liability cannot legally be excluded, its aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by the affected user for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event or [approved minimum liability amount], whichever is applicable under the final legally reviewed version.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
26. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareHire, its operating entity, directors, employees, affiliates, service providers, and authorised partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- False information provided by you;
- Your misuse of candidate or employer data;
- Content uploaded by you;
- Your violation of law;
- Your infringement of third-party rights;
- Your recruitment or employment conduct;
- Your breach of confidentiality;
- Unauthorised activity through your account.
This clause will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
27. Force Majeure
CareHire will not be liable for delay, interruption, or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters;
- Fire or flood;
- War, terrorism, or civil disturbance;
- Epidemics or public-health emergencies;
- Government restrictions;
- Internet or telecommunications failures;
- Power outages;
- Cyberattacks;
- Cloud-service failures;
- Labour disputes;
- Changes in law;
- Failure of third-party infrastructure.
CareHire will take reasonable steps to restore affected services where practicable.
28. Complaints and Grievance Redressal
Users may report:
- Fake jobs;
- Fraudulent recruiters;
- Candidate impersonation;
- Misuse of personal information;
- Infringing content;
- Harassment;
- Payment disputes;
- Account problems;
- Other Terms violations.

- Your registered name;
- Registered email or mobile number;
- Relevant job, profile, employer, or transaction details;
- Description of the complaint;
- Supporting documents or screenshots.
29. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve a dispute through written communication and good-faith discussion for at least 30 days.
If the dispute remains unresolved and is legally capable of arbitration, it may be referred to a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The:
- Seat and venue of arbitration will be Mumbai, Maharashtra;
- Arbitration will be conducted in English;
- Award will be final and binding, subject to applicable law;
- Parties will bear their own costs unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.
Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over matters not capable of arbitration and applications relating to arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents an eligible consumer from using any mandatory remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.
30. Changes to These Terms
CareHire may update these Terms to reflect:
- New services;
- Platform changes;
- Legal requirements;
- Security improvements;
- Commercial changes;
- Changes in business operations.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where a change materially affects users, CareHire may provide notice through email, notification, or the Platform.
Continued use of CareHire after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms, subject to any consent separately required under applicable law.
31-34. Legal Provisions
31. Assignment: Users may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without CareHire’s written permission. CareHire may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, business transfer, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
32. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and enforceable.
33. Waiver: Delayed enforcement does not constitute a waiver of rights.
34. Entire Agreement: Failure by CareHire to enforce any provision immediately will not constitute a waiver of that provision or CareHire’s right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be provided in writing by an authorised representative of CareHire.
