Disclaimer

Platform: CareHire  •  Version: 1.0  •  Effective: 18 July 2026

This Disclaimer applies to the CareHire website, app and content, operated by Caresoft Systems Private Limited. Read it with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where this and the Terms of Use address the same subject, the Terms of Use prevail.

NO ONE SHOULD EVER PAY FOR A JOB.

CareHire charges job seekers nothing, ever. No genuine healthcare employer in India asks a candidate for a registration fee, a security deposit, a training charge, a uniform fee or a placement commission.

If anyone asks you for money in connection with a job you found here — whether they claim to be the hospital, a recruiter, an agent or CareHire itself — do not pay, and tell us at [email protected] .

1. We are a platform, not an employer

CareHire connects healthcare employers and job seekers. We are not an employer, an employment exchange, a staffing agency, a manpower supplier or a recruiting agent. We do not employ anyone through the Platform, do not screen candidates on behalf of employers, do not conduct interviews, and are not a party to any offer, contract, bond or termination.

Any employment relationship is between the employer and the individual. Disputes about wages, hours, conditions, notice, bonds, dues or conduct are between them, and we have no role in resolving them.

2. We do not verify listings

Job listings are written and posted by employers. We do not verify that a vacancy exists, that the salary is accurate, that the working conditions are as described, or that the employer intends to hire.

We remove listings we find to be false and we suspend the accounts behind them — but we find them after they are posted, usually because someone reported them. Assume that a listing is an advertisement, not a fact.

3. What employer verification means

Employers must be verified before posting. Verification means we have checked entity details and registration, and reached an identifiable person who says they represent the organisation.

Verification is not endorsement. It does not mean we have assessed the employer's financial standing, working conditions, treatment of staff, payment record or reputation. It does not mean a particular vacancy is genuine. It means the organisation appears to exist and someone answered.

A verified badge should raise your confidence a little. It should not replace your own checks.

4. We do not verify candidates

CareHire does not verify qualifications, degrees, council registration, experience certificates, references or identity documents. Profile information is provided by the candidate and displayed as given.

Employers are solely responsible for verifying a candidate's credentials — including registration with the relevant nursing, medical, pharmacy, paramedical or allied health council — before employing them.

In healthcare this is not administrative diligence. Employing someone whose registration is invalid, lapsed or fabricated is a patient safety failure and a regulatory one, and it rests entirely with the employer.

5. Recruitment fraud — how to protect yourself

Healthcare workers, and nurses in particular, are among the most heavily targeted groups for recruitment fraud in India. Fraudsters use real hospital names, real logos and convincing offer letters.

Treat these as warning signs

  • Any request for money — registration, processing, training, uniform, security deposit, visa, medical test, "confirmation" fee. There is no legitimate version of this.
  • An offer letter before an interview, or a job confirmed over a phone call alone.
  • Pressure to decide quickly, or an offer that expires in hours.
  • A salary far above the market for that role and location.
  • Communication only from a personal email or a WhatsApp number, never from an organisational address.
  • A request to hand over original certificates, your passport or your council registration document before you have a verified written offer.
  • Being asked to travel and pay your own way to a distant "interview" at a hotel or private address.
  • Being asked for your OTP, password or bank details. CareHire will never ask for any of these.

Before you accept anything: call the hospital on the number listed on its own official website, not a number given to you by the recruiter, and ask whether the vacancy and the person contacting you are genuine. It takes five minutes and it is the single most effective check available to you.

Report anything suspicious to [email protected], even if you are not certain. You are protecting the next person as well as yourself.

6. Overseas jobs

Recruitment of Indian citizens for employment abroad is regulated. Recruiting agents generally require a valid registration issued by the Protector General of Emigrants under the Emigration Act, 1983, and emigration clearance requirements may apply to the worker.

Overseas nursing and healthcare placements are among the most common and most damaging recruitment frauds in India. Candidates routinely lose lakhs of rupees to agents with no registration and no employer behind them.

  • Verify any overseas recruiter's registration on the official Government of India eMigrate portal before parting with any document or any money.
  • A registration number in a listing should be checked, not trusted.
  • CareHire does not arrange overseas employment, does not act as a recruiting agent, and holds no such registration.
  • We require overseas listings to state a valid registration number, but we cannot guarantee its authenticity. See Terms §11.

7. No guarantee of a job or a hire

CareHire gives no assurance that a job seeker will receive a response, an interview, an offer or employment; nor that an employer will receive applications, suitable candidates, or fill a vacancy.

Outcomes depend on the role, the terms offered, location, timing, qualifications, competition and the parties' own conduct. Employers pay for access and visibility, not for a hire — see the Refund Policy §1.

8. Salary, terms and bonds

Salary figures, benefits, accommodation, shift patterns and other terms in a listing are stated by the employer and are indicative until confirmed in a written offer. They may change during negotiation.

Employers are required to disclose service bonds, security deposits and any retention of original documents in the listing itself. If a bond or deposit is mentioned only after you are selected, treat that as a serious warning sign and report the listing.

Before signing anything with a financial penalty attached, read it, keep a copy, and take advice if the amount is significant. CareHire is not a party to any such agreement and cannot help you exit one.

9. Search results and recommendations

Job recommendations, search ranking and candidate matching are generated automatically from the information available to us. They are not assessments of suitability, quality or fit, and the order in which results appear does not imply endorsement or ranking of employers.

Some listings may be promoted or featured, and are labelled where that is the case. Promotion affects visibility, not our view of the employer.

10. No professional advice

Career guidance, salary information, resume tips, interview articles and similar content on CareHire are general information only. They are not legal, employment, immigration, financial, tax or career advice, and no reliance should be placed on them for any specific decision. Seek qualified advice where your circumstances warrant it.

Salary benchmarks, where shown, are estimates derived from listings and are not offers, guarantees or statements of market rate.

11. Content and third-party links

Listings, employer descriptions, logos and profiles are supplied by users. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their accuracy or legality. As an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, we remove unlawful content on valid notice or direction — see Terms §16.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control. Unless a written service level agreement applies, we give no uptime commitment. An interruption is not a reason for which we are responsible if it coincides with a closing date or a deadline set by an employer.

13. Security representations

We maintain the measures described in the Privacy Policy, but no system is completely secure. We do not warrant that the Platform will be free from vulnerabilities or unauthorised access. Protect your own account: use a strong unique password, never share an OTP, and sign out on shared devices.

Certifications referenced on our site are held by Caresoft Systems Private Limited within a defined scope, and are stated for information rather than as a warranty about the Platform.

14. Figures and testimonials

Any figures regarding candidate numbers, response rates, time to hire, placements or salary outcomes are illustrative and depend on role, location, timing and terms offered. They are not commitments. Testimonials and success stories reflect particular experiences and do not guarantee comparable results. Statements about planned features or coverage are forward-looking and may change.

15. Trademarks

Hospital, brand, council and institution names and logos appearing on the Platform are the property of their owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply that the organisation endorses, is affiliated with, or is recruiting through CareHire, unless they hold a verified employer account. Misuse of a hospital's name or logo in a listing is a breach of our Terms and should be reported.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY LISTING IS GENUINE, ACCURATE OR CURRENT; THAT ANY EMPLOYER IS SUITABLE, SOLVENT OR LAWFUL; THAT ANY CANDIDATE'S QUALIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATION ARE AS STATED; THAT ANY APPLICATION WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE; OR THAT ANY JOB WILL BE OBTAINED OR ANY VACANCY FILLED.

17. Limitation of liability

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET OUT IN TERMS OF USE §23, INCLUDING THE EXCLUSION OF INDIRECT AND CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS AND THE CAPS STATED THERE.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: THE CONDUCT OF ANY EMPLOYER OR JOB SEEKER; MONEY PAID BY A JOB SEEKER TO ANY PERSON; ANY EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP, ITS TERMS OR ITS TERMINATION; A CANDIDATE'S CREDENTIALS PROVING FALSE; AN EMPLOYER'S USE OF CANDIDATE DATA AFTER DELIVERY; OR ANY CONSEQUENCE OF A JOB NOT BEING OBTAINED OR A VACANCY NOT BEING FILLED.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing deprives a job seeker of rights under mandatory consumer-protection or labour law.

18. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India and subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Terms of Use §26.
