1. Why we built it
India's healthcare workforce moves constantly. A nursing graduate takes her first job at a district hospital, moves to a metro tertiary centre after two years, then decides between a critical care unit and a dialysis chain. A lab technician wants the shift that lets him finish his diploma. A hospital in a tier-two city needs four staff nurses by the end of the month and has no idea where to find them.
Both sides are looking for each other, and the tools between them were built for a different market. Generic portals cannot tell a GNM from a B.Sc Nursing, do not know what a state council registration number is, cannot filter by speciality or shift, and treat "healthcare" as one category sitting between hospitality and logistics.

- No genuine employer asks for a registration fee, a security deposit, a training fee or a placement charge.
- Never pay for a "confirmed" job, a visa, or a medical test arranged by a recruiter you found online.
- Never hand over your original certificates, passport or council registration document to anyone before you have a written offer and have verified who you are dealing with.
- An offer letter that arrives before an interview is not an offer letter.
- Report anything that feels wrong to report a job. It takes a minute and it protects the person after you.

1. We know what qualifications mean:
GNM, ANM, B.Sc Nursing, post-basic, DMLT, BPT, D.Pharm, MBBS, DNB — a
search that treats these as interchangeable is useless to a hospital.
CareHire captures qualification, council registration and speciality as
structured fields, so an ICU vacancy reaches people who have actually
worked in an ICU.
2. Employers are checked before they can post:
Every employer is verified — entity details, registration, a working
contact and a person we can reach — before a single job goes live.
Verification is not a guarantee, and we say so plainly, but an
unverified account cannot post at all. That single rule removes most of
what makes online job fraud easy.
3. Job posts have to be honest about the job:
Salary range, shift pattern, location, whether accommodation is
provided, whether a bond applies. Vague posts waste everyone's time and
hide the terms candidates most need to see. Posts that discriminate on
gender, marital status, caste, religion or pregnancy are not permitted,
regardless of how normal that has become elsewhere.
4. Your profile is yours:
A resume contains your address, your photograph, your identity numbers
and your career history. Yours is shown to an employer when you apply to
them, not scattered across a database anyone can buy access to. We do
not sell candidate data. That is not a feature we might revisit later.
