Job Role

We are looking for Pharmacy Aides to support our day-to-day retail pharmacy operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Attend customers and understand their requirements.
Support front-end sales and customer service.
Assist with billing and order processing.
Arrange medicines and healthcare products systematically.
Check product availability and coordinate stock requirements.
Follow proper FIFO/FEFO and expiry management practices.
Maintain the Customer Wanted Book and follow up on pending customer requirements.
Support stock counting, inventory management and store housekeeping.
Ensure products are properly displayed and readily available.
Coordinate with Pharmacists and Store Managers for smooth operations.
Maintain daily tally and other store records as instructed.
Follow VK Pharmacy's operational procedures and applicable pharmacy regulations.

Candidate Profile
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in pharmacy, medical stores, retail, FMCG or customer service will be an added advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
