Healync Private Health is looking for a highly detail-oriented Clinical Documentation & Medical Data Specialist to help us transform complex patient information into clear, structured and clinically useful records.
This role sits at the intersection of medical documentation, clinical data, AI-enabled workflows and patient storytelling.
You will work with clinical records, consultations, reports and other medical information, using Healync’s AI-enabled tools to structure data, create summaries and develop clear visual representations of a patient’s healthcare journey.
What you’ll do
Review and accurately interpret medical records, consultation notes, investigation reports, discharge summaries and other clinical documentation.
Use AI-enabled tools and workflows to structure, organize and enter clinical data efficiently.
Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness and appropriate medical terminology.
Create concise and accurate clinical summaries and case histories from large volumes of medical information.
Build clear timelines of a patient's healthcare journey, including symptoms, diagnoses, investigations, treatments, procedures and outcomes.
Create structured patient stories and case presentations that make complex medical journeys easy to understand.
Develop visualisations and other formats to communicate patient journeys, clinical timelines and key medical information clearly.
Identify missing, inconsistent or unclear information and flag it for further review.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and data integrity.
Support Case Managers and the clinical research team with structured patient information and documentation.
Assist in preparing case briefs, medical dossiers, research material and internal reports.
Help continuously improve Healync’s AI-assisted documentation and data workflows.
Who you are
Certified Medical Transcriptionist or equivalent clinical documentation qualification preferred.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, diagnoses, investigations and clinical documentation.
Experience working with medical records, hospital documentation, transcription, clinical data or healthcare administration.
Excellent typing, documentation and data-entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working with AI tools for data extraction, summarisation and documentation.
Able to distinguish clinically meaningful information from noise and structure large amounts of information logically.
Strong written English and excellent comprehension skills.
Comfortable creating clear summaries, timelines and visual representations of complex information.
Highly organized, methodical and quality-conscious.
Extremely discreet and comfortable handling confidential medical information.
Mumbai-based and comfortable working on-premise.
Full-time role.
