No. Your phone number and email are never shown to employers. They contact you through CareHire's in-app messaging, and you decide when to share your contact details.

Every completed CareHire resume gets a unique verify code (CH-XXXX-XXXX) and QR. An employer can scan it to open your CareHire profile and see the registration and certification details you entered.

Warning signs: being asked to pay a registration or training fee, no hospital name or address, a salary far above normal for the role, no interview or registration check, and requests for Aadhaar or PAN on WhatsApp before any interview.
